Ingredients:

  • Dark chocolate chips

  • Freeze-dried raspberries or strawberries

  • Pepita seeds

  • Dried apricot

Instructions:

  1. Prepare a sheet of parchment paper on a baking tray.

  2. Melt your dark chocolate chips in the microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring each interval.

  3. Take two spoons and scoop dollops of melted chocolate (spaced out) on the parchment paper.

  4. Take your baking tray and (gently) tap on the counter to give your chocolate disks a rounder and flatter shape.

  5. Top with crushed freeze-dried raspberries/strawberries, pepita seeds, and dried apricots before putting them in the fridge to set for at least 30 minutes.

  6. Peel the set chocolate off the parchment paper and enjoy.

*play around with your choice of toppings! Maybe an assortment of nuts, chia seeds, goji berries, or other dried fruit.
