Golden melt quesadillas

Ingredients:

  • corn tortillas

  • shredded cheese of choice

  • Optional: guacamole + lime


Instructions:

  1. Heat a pan over medium-high heat.

  2. Sprinkle a thin and even layer of cheese straight onto the pan the same width as your tortilla.

  3. Wait for the cheese to melt and start sizzling before placing your corn tortilla on top of the cheese.

  4. Add your desired amount of cheese into the middle of your tortilla and fold it in half.

    *The residual heat will melt the cheese inside the tortilla

  5. Garnish with guacamole and lime and enjoy!
