Step-by-step avocado toast (+how to scramble eggs)

Ingredients:
Choice of bread: white bread, whole grain bread, bagels, sourdough (my personal favorite), ect.
2 large eggs
1/2 ripe avocado
salt
pepper
1 tablespoon cream or whole milk
a pat of either butter or oil of choice
Instructions:
If you don't have access to a toaster, place your choice of bread on a hot pan on medium-high heat (with some butter if you have some) and flip once the bottom of the bread turns golden brown.
While your bread toasts, crack your eggs into a bowl and add a pinch of salt and pepper. Add about a tablespoon of milk or cream and whisk well until everything is combined.
On a separate pan on medium heat, warm up either your butter or oil until you can feel the heat coming off the pan with your hand about 5 inches away from the pan.
Pour in your egg mixture and with a rubber spatula (or spoon) immediately start stirring the edges of the egg to the center of the pan. Keep moving the egg in the pan (don't let it sit and cook).
Once most of the egg seems cooked remove from the heat (to avoid dry eggs remove them while they still seem slightly 'wet'.
Scoop out half an avocado onto your toasted bread and mash it with a fork to your desired consistency.
Transfer your eggs onto your avocado toast and enjoy!
