Healthy banana split

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana

  • Greek yogurt of choice

  • Toppings: mixed berries/chopped up fruit of your choice, granola, nut butter (I used peanutbutter), and honey


Instructions:

  1. Peel and carefully slice the banana in half.

  2. Spoon greek yogurt as a replacement for the ice cream.

  3. Top with fruit of choice! I went for blueberries and raspberries.

  4. Sprinkle granola and drizzle peanut butter + honey to add a the finishing touches! Enjoy this healthy snack!
