basic kimchi fried rice

Ingredients:
2 Cups – Leftover Cooked Glutinous Rice
1 Cup – Kimchi (preferably very fermented)
2 Tbsp – Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp – Sesame Oil
1 each – Large Egg (fried)
Garnish: Sliced Green Onions and Toasted Sesame Seeds
Directions:
(The ratio between rice to kimchi is up to personal taste.)
Chop the kimchi into small bitesize pieces.
Heat the sesame oil in a heated pan and stir-fry the kimchi.
Add the soy sauce and the rice.
Once combined drizzle sesame oil.
Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy with a fried egg.
