basic kimchi fried rice

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups – Leftover Cooked Glutinous Rice

  • 1 Cup – Kimchi (preferably very fermented)

  • 2 Tbsp – Soy Sauce

  • 2 Tbsp – Sesame Oil

  • 1 each – Large Egg (fried)

  • Garnish: Sliced Green Onions and Toasted Sesame Seeds


Directions:

(The ratio between rice to kimchi is up to personal taste.)

  1. Chop the kimchi into small bitesize pieces.

  2. Heat the sesame oil in a heated pan and stir-fry the kimchi.

  3. Add the soy sauce and the rice.

  4. Once combined drizzle sesame oil.

  5. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy with a fried egg.
